Home ownership is a privilege that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy but, unfortunately, that can be a challenge for many in our community, especially those who contribute their all for our benefit. In appreciation of these selfless individuals, New England Title and Escrow Services is pleased to offer our Hometown Heroes Appreciation Program.

In an effort to make homeownership more affordable to those who work daily to make our community a better place, we offer substantial discounts on closing costs as well as donate a portion of the proceeds for new and refinanced home loans of:

Veterans and Active Military
Nurses and Doctors
Firefighters and EMTs
Police
Teachers

Additionally, we also donate a portion of the proceeds of these loans to charities benefiting these professions as well to show our appreciation of their daily sacrifices and contributions to our communities on both a local and national level.

How Do I Participate?
Proof of employment in one of the listed eligible professions and/or active military or veteran’s status is all that’s necessary to participate. Participating mortgage lenders and Realtors® may submit substantiating documents on behalf of their clients for participation in the program.
