As Chief Executive Officer of New England Title and Escrow Services, Elizabeth brings nearly two decades of operational leadership to the firm, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for 17 years. Her deep institutional knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to lead the company with a clear understanding of both strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
An experienced real estate paralegal, Elizabeth has spent her career focused on delivering exceptional service to clients while building efficient, scalable systems across all departments. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of the company’s virtually paperless office environment and continues to champion innovation in title insurance, mortgage documentation, and residential real estate transactions—including fully electronic closings.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Elizabeth combines disciplined leadership with extensive expertise in technology and real estate operations. Her background uniquely positions her to guide New England Title and Escrow Services as a forward-thinking, technology-driven organization committed to accuracy, efficiency, and client trust.

Charlene Andrade is the Chief Operating Officer of New England Title & Escrow Services, bringing more than six years of experience with the firm and a strong background in operations, leadership, and process management. She began her career at New England Title as a Real Estate Title Examiner, where she earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of Massachusetts real estate transactions.
Charlene’s professional background includes senior operational and supervisory roles in high-volume, multi-location environments, where she oversaw daily operations, staff training, scheduling, quality control, and client service. Her hands-on experience across all levels of operations gives her a unique ability to lead with both strategic insight and practical understanding.
As Chief Operating Officer, Charlene oversees internal operations and team development, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service across the organization. Her leadership style reflects New England Title’s commitment to excellence, accountability, and growth from within.

Kristy DeSisto is a Senior Real Estate Attorney at New England Title & Escrow Services, PC. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, she brings extensive legal experience and sound judgment to the firm’s real estate and settlement practice, providing strategic legal oversight on complex residential transactions.
